Mark Abouzeid’s career in communications spans over 25 years and includes photography, design, PR and editorial. Since 1998, he has concentrated his efforts on photojournalism leveraging his deep understanding of international economics, tourism destinations, world cultures, social issues and consumer trends.
For his work and special projects, Mark has received numerous awards including special recognition by the Italian Association of Professional Photographers in 2008 and a Peace Prize from the Region of Puglia for "Nemico Fratello", a traveling exhibit and lecture series promoting positive imagery of the Arab World. He is a teacher of Photojournalism at the prestigious DarkRoom Academy in Florence and is a fashion trend researcher for top clothing labels.
